Funky Fibers is a conceptual fiber arts show and market in Boise, Idaho, put on by a local yarn shop, The Twisted Ewe. The mission of this event is to develop a sense of community and create a space for fiber art creators to connect and showcase their work. This event would kick-start fiber art event traditions in the Boise community where so many talented creatives can shine.
The playful wordmark draws from the visual language of knit structures. The lockup is adaptable to many applications and the colors are functional to the event's organization.
Funky Fibers is a three-day event with each day focusing on different fiber art types.
